In 2021
I'm in my third year of marketing studies, specializing in luxury goods, in Paris, 400 km from my family. Every day, I suffer from endometriosis. Little by little, I'm losing my friends, I no longer go out, I don't understand what's happening to me. My professional dream seems to be slipping away: my body is condemning me, and I'm becoming a burden in the workplace.
In 2022
The doctors are giving me the runaround, prescribing pills and painkillers that cause constant bleeding. I feel trapped in my own body, powerless in this situation. Pain, hemorrhaging, and nights in the emergency room have become my daily reality.

A new way of life
In 2023
I'm finally finishing my master's degree and leaving my apprenticeship. I'm locking myself away at home to study. I'm studying endometriosis, the menstrual cycle, and micronutrition. I'm radically changing my lifestyle: I'm leaving Paris, stopping treatments, and starting to seriously listen to my body, nourish it properly, and live in harmony with my cycle. I'm reconnecting with myself and discovering well-being.
Six months later, my pain disappeared, my periods became more regular, and my bowel movements returned to normal. I felt like I was cured. But two obstacles remained: unpredictable bleeding and still very painful periods.

A discovery
In 2024
I met Florie, a fashion designer who works to liberate women's bodies. Together, we created Zehnia and Pure by Zehnia with one conviction: to give women back power over their bodies. To enhance their beauty and remind them of their worth. To take care of their health and well-being, because they deserve it and because too few women truly care about it.
Why Zehnia?
Zehnia is also a tribute to a precious heritage: that of the women who inspired me, supported me, and passed on their secrets of beauty and well-being. My grandmother, Zenia, was a woman of character, and I wanted her name to resonate as an anthem to the strength and resilience of the women in my family.
As you've probably gathered, Zehnia is ultimately much more than just a brand. It's an ode to all those who refuse to choose between beauty and practicality, elegance and serenity.
