To care for your menstrual pad, we recommend washing it after each use. Simply rinse it in cold water and then machine wash it with mild soap. It will come with a care guide advising you on how to best use it to ensure it lasts as long as possible.

We recommend changing your menstrual pad as soon as you get out of the water. You can store the used pad in the Zehnia pouch provided for this purpose until you can rinse it by hand, then put it in the washing machine.

Removing the menstrual pad as soon as you get out of the water helps limit the risk of bacterial growth or unpleasant odors, ensuring a pleasant and healthy swimming experience. We chose to make removable protection because if they were integrated into the swimsuits, you would have to buy at least two bottoms to guarantee your intimate hygiene.

The pad is suitable for all flows, from light to heavy. However, when swimming, we recommend adding an internal bio protection if your flow is heavy. For optimal use, it is necessary to change the pad before and after swimming.
