How do I use it?
On a daily basis
The Pad Pure by Zehnia is used every day like period underwear. Practical and discreet, it folds in on itself for easy replacement and storage until washing. Its effectiveness can last up to 10 hours, but we recommend changing it every 4 to 6 hours to ensure optimal hygiene. It is suitable for all flows, from the lightest to the heaviest.
During a swim
The pad can also be used in water. It is advisable to put on a clean, dry one just before swimming, and then replace it immediately after getting out of the water. Water pressure naturally helps to reduce flow, but effectiveness depends on each woman's flow, the duration of the swim, and the type of activity performed.
