How to use our menstrual solution?
All our swimsuits feature a subtly open-sided bottom, allowing the wings of our menstrual protection to slide in for absolute discretion. Suitable for all flows out of water, they provide effective protection for 4 to 6 hours thanks to ultra-fast absorption technology and a unique fabric guaranteeing optimal comfort all day long.
Our pads are reusable and can be worn inside any underwear. When paired with Zehnia panties, they remain completely invisible, even under your lingerie.
When swimming, we recommend inserting a clean, dry pad before entering the water and changing it after leaving. Their effectiveness varies depending on the flow, type, and duration of swimming. In case of very heavy flow, we recommend adding a bio-internal pad for added safety.
It's essential to change your protection after every swim to avoid any risk of infection. That's why we've designed removable rather than integrated protection: this way, you can replace them throughout the day without having to change your swimsuit.
